Seniors Choice is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to be responsible for intermittent visits for a geographically assigned caseload of patients. Responsible for planning, coordinating, providing and documenting care for designated patients. Do light-housekeeping, cooking, assistance with ADLs, errand runs, medication reminder, grocery shopping, and assist to medical and state program appointments.
