About Clark Taylor

Clark was named Senior Partner of TBG in June 2005. Ever since, he has been leveraging his extensive sourcing and recruiting background to achieve the company's objectives for managed growth and profitability. In 2006, Clark introduced an Applicant Tracking System enabling TBG to offer comprehensive talent management services and enhance competitive advantages to existing and new clients. Before that he had spent eighteen years at ATA Airlines, Inc, in Corporate Employment. In his first role at ATA, as Senior Corporate Employment Representative for the nation’s 10th largest airline, Clark was responsible for staffing the Maintenance & Engineering Center consisting of 400+ employees. Prior to the airline stint, Clark worked for Roth Young Personnel Services, a nationwide system of franchised offices.  

 

Clark’s service to many community organizations throughout the Mid-west includes: Anderson Chamber of Commerce, Plainfield Chamber of Commerce, Mayor’s Council for Economic Development, Small Business Economic Development Committee, Private Industry Council, Plainfield Girl’s Softball League, and Urban League of Madison County, to mention a few.
